How far in advance should I book airport transportation?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for early departures, larger vehicles, or busy travel dates. If you need a ride sooner, call us, and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
You do not need to notify us for normal flight changes. We track arriving flights in real time and automatically adjust pickup times. Complimentary wait time is included for airport arrivals.
How much complimentary wait time is included?
For residences, hotels, and businesses, complimentary wait time is 10 minutes. At SeaTac, we include 45 minutes for domestic arrivals and 1 hour for international arrivals. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at SeaTac?
For curbside pickup, your chauffeur will meet you outside the nearest exit after you collect your luggage. For the Meet & Greet service, your chauffeur meets you inside baggage claim with a sign, assists with luggage, and escorts you to the vehicle.
What vehicle should I book for my trip?
That depends on how many passengers are traveling and how much luggage you have. We offer executive sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter vans, and we’ll help match you with the right option if you’re unsure.
Do chauffeurs help with luggage?
Yes. Every Starline chauffeur helps with loading and unloading luggage.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes. Car seats are available for $15 when requested in advance. You may also bring your own at no charge. For liability reasons, we can help position a seat, but we cannot fully install it or secure your child in it.
Can I change or cancel my trip?
Yes. Call at least 2 hours before pickup to reschedule or cancel without penalty. Email cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. No-shows are billed in full plus a 20% fee.
Is airport transportation available from Seattle cruise ports?
Yes. We provide transfers between SeaTac and Seattle cruise terminals, including Pier 66 and Pier 91, with luggage help and clear pickup coordination.
