FAQ
Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes, most concert transportation requires a three-hour minimum.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We understand plans can change. If you need to adjust your reservation, email or call us at (206) 261-1191 as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your updated schedule.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least two hours before your scheduled pickup will receive a full refund when you call us at (206) 261-1191. If you’d prefer to cancel by email, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows will be billed for the full amount plus a 20% fee.
Am I allowed to bring food in the limo?
We do not allow food, snacks, or fruit inside our limousines. However, you’re welcome to enjoy beverages, and we provide water for your convenience.
Can I drink alcohol in the limo?
If you plan on consuming alcohol in the limo, a Banquet Permit is required. We’ll send you the direct link to the state’s website, where you can purchase one for about $13. Provide the completed form to your chauffeur, and you’ll be all set.
Do you provide child seats or additional safety features if I’m traveling with children?
Under Washington State law, if your child is under 8 years old or shorter than 4'9" (whichever comes first), they must use a car or booster seat. You’re welcome to install your own seat at no extra cost, or we can provide one for a $15 fee.
If you’d like us to supply a seat, please include this request in your online booking so we have a written record on file. We’ll gladly assist you with installation, but we cannot secure your child in the seat ourselves for liability reasons. If you need the car seat for a round trip, we can keep it in place so it’s ready for your return journey.
How do you screen and train your drivers?
All of our chauffeurs hold a valid “For Hire” license, which involves passing a criminal background check and undergoing drug tests every six months. Beyond these legal requirements, Starline chauffeurs complete comprehensive defensive driving training to ensure your safety. They also receive our specialized etiquette and service instruction so they can deliver a personalized, professional experience every time you ride with us.
