Concert transportation FAQs
Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes. Most concert transportation reservations require a minimum of 3 hours. Some vehicles, such as stretch limos and party buses, may require a minimum of 4 hours.
Can you take us to concerts outside Seattle?
Yes. We regularly provide service to venues across the region, including Woodinville, Auburn, Redmond, Everett, and other destinations based on your itinerary.
Can we be picked up after the show in a pre-arranged location?
Yes. We coordinate pickup planning in advance to make the return easier, especially at busy venues where rideshare pickup can be crowded or delayed.
Can I drink alcohol in the limo?
If you plan to consume alcohol in the vehicle, a Washington State Banquet Permit is required. We will send you the link so you can complete that step before your ride.
Am I allowed to bring food in the limo?
We do not allow food, snacks, or fruit inside our limousines. Beverages are fine, and bottled water is provided.
Do you provide car seats if children are traveling with us?
Yes. We can provide a car seat for $15 when requested in advance. You may also bring your own at no charge. We can help position the seat, but for liability reasons, we cannot install it or secure your child.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes. Plans change, and we will do our best to help. Call us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your reservation. If you cancel at least two hours before pickup by phone, there is no charge. If you prefer to cancel by email, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are billed for the full amount plus a 20% fee.
How do you screen and train your drivers?
All chauffeurs hold a valid For Hire license, complete required background screening and drug testing, and receive defensive driving and service training.
