Terms and Conditions

These terms for limousine and car service ("Service Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Starline Town Car & Limousine Service and govern your use of the services ("Services") we provide. Please review these Service Terms carefully before using our Services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. You may also be subject to additional terms posted on our website ("Site") at www.starlinetowncar.com.

If you do not agree to these Service Terms, please discontinue using the Services. Starline Town Car & Limousine Service reserves the right to change or supplement these Service Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access to or use of the Services after any changes or supplements are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Service Terms regularly. These Service Terms were last updated on March 24, 2026.

Pricing Policy

All advertised fares posted online are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holidays or special events. Once we provide a quoted fare based on the reservation details you provide, that quoted fare does not change unless the trip details change after booking or additional billable services are added.

Rate Quote

Your quoted fare is based on the information you provide at the time of reservation. If your reservation details change after booking, additional charges may apply. Charges for tolls, gratuity, waiting time, and additional stops may apply if not included in the original quoted fare.

Additional Charges and Fare Adjustments

Any changes made to your trip after pickup may result in additional charges. Please ask the driver or contact our dispatch for an updated price before continuing the trip. A nighttime surcharge also applies to services provided between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am.

All final charges are based on the actual services provided. Additional charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, additional stops, or other approved changes to the reservation. In rare cases, adjustments may also be made after trip completion to correct mathematical errors or to reflect services that were not included in the original booking details.

Gratuity

When traveling in a luxury sedan, luxury SUV, van, stretch limousine, or party bus, a mandatory gratuity of 20% will apply.

Waiting Time

All pickups include 10 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After that, waiting time may be billed at the hourly rate for the reserved vehicle in 15-minute increments. For airport arrivals, we include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. We do not charge for waiting time caused by delayed flights.

Additional Stops

The fare quoted online does not include additional stops made during your trip unless they are specifically included in the reservation. Unless otherwise discussed at the time of booking, fares quoted by phone or email also do not include additional stops. Additional stop charges are based on the deviation from the original route between the scheduled pickup and destination. You may obtain an exact quote for additional stops in advance by calling (206) 261-1191.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, call us at (206) 261-1191 so dispatch can update your ride promptly. For sedan, SUV, and van reservations, cancellations must be made by phone at least 2 hours before pickup or by email at least 24 hours in advance. For party bus and stretch limousine reservations, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If these conditions are not met, a fee of up to 50% of the fare may apply.

No-Shows

No-shows are charged the full trip amount plus a 20% fee. This does not apply to delayed flights. For airport pickups, complimentary waiting time and flight-related delays are handled in accordance with our airport pickup policy. A reservation may be treated as a no-show if the passenger cannot be reached, does not appear for pickup within the applicable waiting period, and Starline is unable to complete the ride based on the contact information provided with the reservation.

Reservation Changes

If you need to change your reservation, please call us at (206) 261-1191 so dispatch can update your ride promptly. Changes are subject to availability. If a requested change cannot be accommodated and the reservation is canceled outside the applicable cancellation window, cancellation charges may apply.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. Your card will only be charged after your trip, unless different billing arrangements have been approved in advance.

For some reservations, Starline may require card verification or identification before processing payment. Corporate accounts, approved card-on-file arrangements, and authorized third-party bookings may follow separate billing procedures confirmed at the time of booking.

Starline Town Car & Limousine Service accepts the following forms of payment: American Express®, VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and cash.

Credit Card Processing

Credit cards are processed approximately 3–5 business days after the trip date. Charges will appear on your statement as of the processing date, not the trip date. All transactions are handled in a safe, encrypted format through a secure server to protect both Starline Town Car & Limousine Service and our customers, and to keep your information confidential and secure. Affiliate Service Policy

Starline Town Car & Limousine Service may, at its discretion, use affiliates to provide limousine and ground transportation services requested by our clients.

Vehicle Images

Vehicle images shown on the Starline Town Car & Limousine Service website may differ from the actual vehicle provided.

Lost or Damaged Items

Starline Town Car & Limousine Service and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in vehicles. We are also not responsible for damage to items packed inside your luggage during the ride. We make every effort to locate property left in one of our vehicles and retain found items for 30 days. If you leave a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, you may report it by emailing or calling our office at (206) 261-1191. Starline Town Car & Limousine Service reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items. These fees are based on standard travel rates.

Exclusions and Limitations of Liability

Starline Town Car & Limousine Service and its affiliates are not responsible for missed flights, abandoned plans, or losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of terrorism, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, and flight or weather delays.

Starline Town Car & Limousine Service’s liability for all causes of action arising out of or related to the Services shall be limited to actual damages in an amount not to exceed the total charges paid by you for the fare.

Starline Town Car & Limousine Service shall have no liability with respect to its obligations under this agreement, or otherwise, for consequential, exemplary, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to all causes of action or claims in the aggregate, including, without limitation, breach of contract, breach of warranty, indemnity, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation, and other torts.

You and Starline Town Car & Limousine Service understand and agree that these remedies, exclusions, and limitations allocate the risks of service non-conformity as authorized by the Uniform Commercial Code and other applicable laws. Starline Town Car & Limousine Service’s fares for Services reflect, and are set in reliance upon, this allocation of risk and the exclusion of consequential damages and limitations of liability set forth in this agreement.

The foregoing limitations of liability apply without regard to any intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Starline Town Car & Limousine Service.

General Provisions

You and Starline Town Car & Limousine Service agree that these Service Terms are entered into in the State of Washington for all purposes.

These Service Terms, together with any other operating rules or terms posted on the Site, including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Starline Town Car & Limousine Service and supersede all prior written or oral agreements between you and Starline Town Car & Limousine Service. No action or inaction by Starline Town Car & Limousine Service may be construed as a waiver of these Service Terms or any part of them. If any provision of these Service Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
